EASY CHOC PROTEIN BALLS!

These no-bake chocolate protein balls are a quick and delicious snack, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while providing a protein boost. Made with wholesome ingredients like nut butter, cocoa powder, and Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, they’re easy to prepare and even easier to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted Raw C Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup nut butter of your choice (e.g., almond, peanut)
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 package (approximately 2.8 oz) gluten-free shortbread cookies, crumbled
  • 3-4 tablespoons rum (optional)
  • Additional 2.8 oz gluten-free shortbread cookies, as needed, to achieve desired consistency

Method

  • 1.
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, crumbled cookies, and shredded coconut. Mix well.
  • 2.
    Add the melted coconut oil, nut butter, maple syrup, and rum (if using) to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • 3.
    If the mixture is too soft to roll into balls, add more crumbled cookies until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • 4.
    Roll the mixture into 10–15 balls.
  • 5.
    Coat each ball in additional shredded coconut, if desired.
  • 6.
    Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate (or freeze) for 1–2 hours until firm.
  • 7.
    Store the protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • 8.
    Enjoy these easy chocolate protein balls as a convenient snack or a post-workout treat!
